Sign-On Bonuses
Qualified full-time and part-time hires for our medical-surgical nursing units and our ED are eligible to select one of the three preferred sign-on options below.
Full-time new hire RN options:
- $12,000 sign-on bonus in exchange for a 12-month work commitment
- $24,000 sign-on bonus in exchange for a 24-month work commitment
- $36,000 sign-on bonus in exchange for a 36-month work commitment
Part-time new hire RNs can choose one of the following:
- $6,000 sign-on bonus in exchange for a 12-month work commitment
- $12,000 sign-on bonus in exchange for a 24-month work commitment
- $18,000 sign-on bonus in exchange for a 36-month work commitment
