RN Weekender Options
Redefining the Weekend With Full-time and Part-time Options
We’ve redefined the weekend and have three flexible staffing options that will fit all lifestyles.
2+2 Part-Time Position — Choose Your Weekend Shift
Our new Part-Time RN Weekender position lets you select your own preferred core two-day schedule and earn up to double the base pay! This program allows RN Weekenders to work Friday and Saturday, Saturday and Sunday, or Sunday and Monday, and earn up to double the base pay. Shifts are approved based upon operational needs on the weekends by the manager. Part-Time RN Weekenders who work scheduled weekender night shifts are paid a supplemental flat rate equal to their regular flat base rate—effectively doubling your pay. As a part-time position, it is eligible for part-time benefits if all eligibility requirements are met, including but not limited to medical, dental and/or vision coverage, participation in the Baptist retirement plan, and voluntary part-time benefit elections.
Full-Time Weekend Option With Core Benefits
Choose to become a Full-time RN Weekender and enjoy all core benefits by simply adding a weekday shift to your weekend schedule. If the additional shift is on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, you are paid at your base rate. If the additional shift is on a Friday or Monday, you will be paid both your Weekender base and supplemental rates, as approved by management.
The 4/10 RN Part-Time Weekender (4 days on/10 days off)
Our 4/10 Weekender Program gives you the ability to work 4 days — every other weekend, Friday–Monday, either days (7 a.m.–7 p.m.) or nights (7 p.m.–7 a.m.) — for a total of 48 scheduled hours, followed by 10 days off, and the opportunity to earn up to double the base pay for night shifts.
This is a part-time position and is eligible for the following part-time benefits, if all eligibility requirements are met: medical, dental and/or vision coverage; participation in the Baptist retirement plan; and voluntary part-time benefit elections.
