Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women is hiring experienced, motivated registered nurses for full-time positions in our labor and delivery unit. Successful applicants who are referred by a Baptist Memorial Health Care employee and start working by specified dates qualify for a bonus up to *$10,000. Candidates must identify the employee who referred them on their application.

Baptist Women’s Hospital is a member of the prestigious Council of Women’s and Infants’ Specialty Hospitals, an organization of nonprofit hospitals that are leaders in providing services to women and infants. Baptist Women’s Hospital is the only freestanding women’s hospital in Baptist Memorial Health Care’s 22-hospital system that specializes in high-risk pregnancies, mammography and minimally invasive surgeries for the region.

Sign-on and Referral Bonuses

*$10,000 Bonus Option — Successful labor and delivery RN candidates who are referred by a Baptist employee and accept an offer for a labor and delivery RN position by Jan. 31, 2023, and begin employment by March 7, 2023, are eligible for a $10,000 bonus. Baptist employees who refer successful candidates qualify for a $10,000 referral bonus. Talk to a Baptist recruiter for more details.

*$7,500 Bonus Option — Successful labor and delivery RN candidates who are referred by a Baptist employee and accept an offer for a labor and delivery RN position by Feb. 28, 2023, and begin employment by April 4, 2023, are eligible for a $7,500 bonus. Baptist employees who refer successful candidates by Feb. 28 will be eligible for a $7,500 referral bonus. Talk to a Baptist recruiter for more details.

Restrictions

To receive the bonus, successful labor and delivery applicants must sign our Referral Bonus Guidelines and Service Commitment Acknowledgement.

Any full-time labor and delivery new hires who don’t fulfill their work commitment will forfeit any remaining payments.

Referring employees must be employed by Baptist at the time of the referral, time of hire and time the payment is issued.

The following are not eligible for referral under this program: current Baptist employees transferring within Baptist; temporary, agency, travelers, contract team members already working on-site at Baptist; PRNs; and administrative and human resources staff members.

Payouts

Payouts for the $10,000 and $7,500 referral bonuses will occur in three installments for both the new hire and referring employee:

• One-third ($3,334 or $2,500) upon completion of the new hire’s 90-day introductory period
• One-third ($3,333 or $2,500) upon completion of the new hire’s six months of employment
• One-third ($3,333 or $2,500) upon completion of the new hire’s one year of employment
