Opportunity Details
Join our specialized Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. The Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital is currently recruiting pediatric RNs for seasonal, 16-week assignments.
With a $3,000 completion bonus and the potential to evolve from seasonal full-time positions, you can grow your talents while creating a schedule tailored to your lifestyle.
Seasonal Positions
Seasonal 16-week assignments include three, 12-hour shifts per week; two weekends per month; and one holiday if it falls within the assignment time frame.
After 16 weeks, nurses will also have the opportunity to apply for permanent employment.

Qualifications
Certification
Current American Heart Association health care providers Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Education
- Completion of an RN program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- BSN degree preferred
Experience
Two years of recent clinical experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Professional Licensing
Current RN licensure permitting practice as a professional nurse in the state of Tennessee.

About Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital
The Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital is adjacent to the Baptist Women’s Hospital. Funded by a major gift from the Wilsons, Baptist Children’s Hopsital is home to a 17,000 square-foot emergency room and a 2,000 square-foot diagnostic area. Staffed 24/7 with pediatric specialists, surgeons and specially-trained pediatric RNs. Services include a 12-bed inpatient unit, outpatient pediatric surgery, the Pediatric Eye Center.
