Float Pool Options
- PRN (pro re nata, or as needed) — PRN positions work a minimum of 36 hours biweekly, which may include weekend coverage.
- Part-time — Part-time positions work a minimum of 48 hours biweekly. This may include weekend coverage.
- Full-time/No Benefits — Full-time positions work a minimum of 64 hours biweekly. This may include weekend coverage.
Qualifications
Job Summary
Join our team as a PRN, part-time or full-time registered nurse through our RN Float Pool program. Qualifications
Certification
Current American Heart Association health care providers Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Education
- Completion of an RN program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- BSN degree preferred
Experience
Two years of clinical experience.
Professional Licensing
Current RN licensure, permitting practice as a professional nurse in the state of practice. If you do not qualify for Float Pool assignment but are still interested in working at Baptist, please view other available nursing opportunities.
