Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis is hosting a hiring event for an exciting new registered nurse float pool program called FlexChoice Baptist. It offers RNs maximum flexibility and freedom in scheduling. FlexChoice Baptist allows RNs to pick up shifts in their specialty area at their convenience and on-demand without a long-term commitment or any weekly requirements. RNs can earn premium pay doing the work they love without the need to travel and while staying close to home. FlexChoice Baptist is an ideal opportunity for local nurses and travel nurses who have previously worked at Baptist to earn extra money.

Offers will be made at the event to nurses who qualify. Masks and/or face coverings are required at this indoor, in-person event.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of RN experience in desired practice area(s)
  • A current Tennessee RN license or compact license that includes Arkansas and Mississippi
  • Ability to float to different units as needed
  • Experience with Epic preferred
  • Must not be a Baptist Memorial Health Care employee
